Acts 5:27-42
It should come as no surprise that the first century church dealt with opposition. Christ spoke on many occasions how teaching in His name would bring persecution, difficulty, and possibly even death. In this study we will take a look at the Apostles interaction with the Sanhedrin following their arrest. Peter and the other Apostles will stand before the high council and explain why they continue to defy the council's orders.
