Romans 6:1-14
If we couldn't do anything to earn our salvation, then does it matter what we do after we have salvation?
Paul asks and answers his own rhetorical question to explain that even though God offers salvation by His grace to anyone who trusts Christ, that does not mean that they can sin however they want to. He explains that those who trust Christ have died (with Christ) to sin and have been raised (with Christ) to live for God. All of Christ's benefits and power in salvation now belong to all believers as well, including power over sin, death, and evil.
