Matthew 4:18-22
The words that Jesus uses to invite the fishermen to be His disciples, explains so much of about a disciple of Jesus truly is. Jesus said, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Simply put, Jesus describes a disciple is one that surrenders to Christ, is transformed by Christ, and is committed to the mission of Christ.
As we better understand what a disciple of Christ truly is, we then can focus on growing as a disciple and making more disciples.
